Bottom line: Legiano is a foreign operator without a Belgian licence. Net-net, this is mainly interesting if you already know the brand.

What is asked at registration

The start is recognisable at every operator: your details and a verification that precedes the payout. An ID and something that evidences your address usually suffice. Depositing under a name other than the account holder's causes delay.

Customer service rarely speaks Dutch here, and the regulator sits outside the loop. Set the transaction e-mails aside; in a disagreement it comes down exclusively to those.

Player protection in numbers

The rules on player protection here run more firmly than players tend to expect with concrete consequences for your account. Every licence holder opens your account at €200 per week.

Self-exclusion in Belgium is handled centrally, through EPIS: a single request is enough to stay out everywhere at once. The register is not public. Casino, gaming hall and sports betting are 21-and-over since 1 September 2024; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. It applies online and on-site.

Player questions

Can I deposit with Bancontact at Legiano?

Bancontact is accepted almost everywhere for deposits, not for withdrawals. There is no route back to Bancontact — that goes via the bank. A different name on the account blocks the payout.

How does wagering work?

Always work the wagering through: 35x on a €50 bonus means €1,750 of turnover before a payout. Check whether your game counts before you start. Read the maximum cashout above all.

Is there a deposit limit?

€200 per week per site applies automatically; you need not request it. Set it deliberately lower if you are unsure. It is on by default; you need do nothing.

Can I have myself blocked?

Through the Gaming Commission's EPIS system. One registration excludes you from every licensed operator, online and on-site. Relatives can, in certain cases, file a request. The exclusion cannot be undone straight away.

Is Legiano legal in Belgium?

No, Legiano does not appear in the Belgian licence register. It takes two clicks to verify. Anyone wanting certainty looks the name up at the Gaming Commission.

Are winnings taxed?

No. In Belgium gambling winnings are untaxed for the player — the levy sits with the operator. Ask for advice if large amounts are involved. Winnings stay outside personal income tax.
